About The Role
What if your instinct for what makes a post go viral — or fall flat — could directly shape how AI communicates with millions of people online? We're looking for Social Media Content Evaluators to review and rate AI-generated posts, captions, and comments, helping ensure AI-produced social content feels natural, engaging, and culturally on-point.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone who's plugged into social media and has a sharp sense of what works online. No marketing degree or content creation background required — just a genuine feel for the social media landscape and a commitment to quality feedback.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated social media posts, captions, and comments across a variety of platforms and formats
- Evaluate content for tone, relevance, engagement potential, clarity, and cultural appropriateness
- Flag content that feels unnatural, off-brand, potentially harmful, or out of step with current trends
- Provide structured, actionable feedback on trending topics, cultural references, and voice
- Work through task-based batches of content independently, on your own schedule
Who You Are
- An active social media user with a genuine feel for what makes content resonate
- Culturally aware and up to date on current trends, memes, and platform norms
- Detail-oriented with strong judgment about tone, context, and appropriateness
- A clear and concise written communicator
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior marketing, content creation, or AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in content creation, community management, social media marketing, or digital communications
- Familiarity with multiple social platforms — Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and others
- Background in writing, editing, or brand communications
- Interest in AI tools or how large language models generate content
