About The Role
What if your experience as a savvy online shopper could directly influence how AI communicates product information to millions of people? We're looking for Product Review Analysts to evaluate AI-generated product reviews, comparisons, and recommendations — helping ensure that the AI systems guiding purchase decisions are accurate, honest, and genuinely useful.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with a sharp eye for quality and a nose for content that just doesn't ring true. No retail, e-commerce, or AI experience required — just familiarity with online shopping and a commitment to doing thorough, consistent work.

What You'll Do
- Read and evaluate AI-generated product reviews, descriptions, and comparison content across a wide range of categories — including electronics, home goods, fashion, and more
- Rate content for accuracy, helpfulness, clarity, and authentic tone
- Identify misleading claims, exaggerated language, factual errors, or content that sounds unnatural or fake
- Provide structured, detailed feedback using rating scales and written commentary
- Flag content that could mislead consumers or misrepresent products
- Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Comfortable and familiar with online shopping and reading product reviews
- Naturally detail-oriented with a consistent, systematic approach to evaluation
- Able to identify when something sounds off — whether it's a vague claim, a fake-sounding review, or an outright error
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior AI, retail, or e-commerce experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in writing, editing, journalism, or content quality
- Experience with consumer advocacy, product testing, or purchasing research
- Familiarity with AI tools or content platforms as an end user
