Organization & Position Details
Organization: Alignerr Position: Nursing Informatics Specialist Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $35–$80 /hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You’ll Do
- Translate nursing workflows and clinical needs into informatics and EHR system designs in collaboration with IT and technical teams.
- Evaluate clinical and system data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities to improve patient care and documentation quality.
- Recommend and support enhancements to health information systems that improve care efficiency, usability, and clinical outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with informatics or health IT experience.
- Hands-on experience with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and clinical documentation workflows.
- Strong analytical ability to translate clinical and system data into actionable improvements.
Preferred
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems.
