Alignerr offers this contract / task-based Identity & Access Management Analyst position with competitive compensation of $35–$60 per hour. This is a remote role with a commitment of 10–40 hours per week.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses and misconfigurations.
• Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related failures.
• Review zero-trust models and access design decisions.
• Help generate and validate realistic identity security data used to train and evaluate AI systems.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years working with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms.
• Familiarity with RBAC, least-privilege models, and access review processes.
• Understanding of how identity failures occur and how attackers exploit them.
