Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training)
About The Role
We're looking for experienced Health Informatics Analysts to help evaluate and improve AI systems being developed for healthcare applications. Your domain expertise will directly shape how AI understands, reasons about, and communicates complex clinical and operational information — making a real impact on the future of healthcare AI.

Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Analyze and evaluate AI-generated healthcare content for clinical accuracy, logical soundness, and practical relevance
- Apply your EHR and health data expertise to assess AI outputs related to clinical workflows, reporting, and health information systems
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, or gaps in AI responses involving healthcare data, terminology, and processes
- Provide structured, expert feedback to help train and improve AI models used in healthcare contexts
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Hands-on experience with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
- Strong analytical skills including data interpretation, trend analysis, and reporting
- Familiar with health information standards and clinical/administrative workflows
- Able to evaluate technical healthcare content with precision and clarity
- Clear written communication skills
- Comfortable working independently on task-based assignments
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation frameworks
- Background in health IT, clinical informatics, or population health analytics
- Familiarity with tools such as Epic, Cerner, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Prior exposure to AI or machine learning workflows
