GRC Analyst AI Training
Alignerr is seeking experienced GRC professionals to contribute to the development and evaluation of AI systems focused on security, compliance, and risk. Your expertise will directly influence how AI understands and reasons about these critical domains. What You'll Do
- Review and analyze security policies, controls, and procedures for accuracy and completeness.
- Evaluate compliance scenarios against real-world frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST.
- Assess risk statements, control mappings, and audit-style documentation.
- Generate and validate high-quality training and evaluation data for AI systems.
- Provide structured, precise written reasoning to support AI model development.
Who You Are
- Possess 2+ years of hands-on experience in GRC, compliance, or risk management.
- Familiarity with one or more major frameworks: SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA, or similar.
- Comfortable reading, interpreting, and critiquing policy and audit documentation.
- Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills.
- Able to work independently and deliver consistent, high-quality output.

- Background in information security, internal audit, or enterprise risk.
