About the Governance, Risk & Compliance Analyst Role at Alignerr

What You’ll Do as a Governance, Risk & Compliance Analyst
- Review and analyze security policies, controls, and procedures.
- Classify and evaluate compliance scenarios across various frameworks such as SOC2, ISO, etc.
- Assess risk statements and control mappings to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Contribute to generating and validating training and evaluation data for advanced AI systems.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), general compliance, or risk management roles.
- Familiarity with industry-standard frameworks including SOC2, ISO 27001, NIST, or similar regulatory guidelines.
- Ability to comfortably read and interpret policy and audit-style documentation with precision.
- A detail-oriented approach and precise written reasoning skills are essential.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems.
