Frontend developers: your expertise is in demand — not for building products, but for making AI smarter. We're looking for skilled frontend engineers to evaluate and improve AI-generated code as part of a cutting-edge AI training initiative. Your work will directly influence how the next generation of AI models understands and writes JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
This is a fully remote, asynchronous contract — work on your schedule, from anywhere.
What You'll Do
- Review and evaluate AI-generated frontend code for correctness, efficiency, accessibility, and clarity
- Write high-quality solutions to UI and web development problems across varying difficulty levels
- Craft clear, well-reasoned explanations of design decisions, code logic, and problem-solving strategies
- Identify edge cases, bugs, and ambiguities in problem statements or AI-generated responses
- Help set the standard for what great frontend code looks like — at scale
Who You Are
- Proficient in JavaScript, including async/await, closures, DOM manipulation, ES6+ syntax, and browser APIs
- Experienced with modern frontend frameworks and tools such as React, Vue, or Angular
- Strong written communicator — able to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely in English
- Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for code quality, edge cases, and potential failure points
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment

- 3–5+ years of professional frontend development experience
