Frontend Software Engineer AI Training
This role is not a traditional development position, but rather a high-impact opportunity for experienced frontend engineers to contribute to the evaluation and improvement of AI systems that generate code. You will review AI-generated UI solutions, build your own high-quality implementations, and provide expert feedback to enhance next-generation AI coding tools.
What You'll Do
- Review and evaluate AI-generated frontend code (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) for correctness, efficiency, accessibility, and clarity.
- Write high-quality frontend solutions to UI and web development problems across varying difficulty levels.
- Craft clear, well-reasoned explanations for design decisions, code logic, and problem-solving strategies.
- Identify edge cases, bugs, and ambiguities in problem statements or AI-generated responses.
- Help set the standard for what great frontend code looks like — at scale.
Who You Are
- Strong command of JavaScript, including async/await, closures, DOM manipulation, ES6+ syntax, and browser APIs.
- Experienced with modern frontend frameworks and tooling such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Able to clearly explain technical concepts in writing.
- Detail-oriented and consistent, with a sharp eye for correctness and quality.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment.
Nice to Have
- 3–5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- Familiarity with data labeling, RLHF, or other AI training workflows.
