Organization: Alignerr Position: Data Science Expert - AI Content Specialist Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $40–$80 /hour Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You’ll Do
- Develop complex data science challenges in areas like hyperparameter optimization and Bayesian inference.
- Author rigorous technical solutions including Python/R scripts, SQL queries, and mathematical derivations.
- Conduct technical audits of AI-generated code using libraries such as Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Refine AI reasoning by identifying errors like data leakage and overfitting and providing structured feedback.
Requirements
- Advanced Degree: Masters (pursuing or completed) or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge in supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, big data technologies, or NLP.
- Analytical Writing: Ability to articulate technical algorithmic concepts and statistical results clearly.
- Attention to Detail: High precision in code syntax, mathematical notation, and statistical accuracy.
- No prior AI experience required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems.
- Proficiency in production-level data science workflows (e.g., MLOps, CI/CD for models).
