Data Labeling Specialist (AI Training)

What You'll Do
- Categorize and label data using predefined tag sets across text, images, or audio
- Annotate content according to clear project guidelines and quality standards
- Maintain high accuracy and consistency across large datasets
- Participate in calibration exercises to ensure labeling quality
- Work independently on flexible, task-based assignments at your own pace
Who You Are
- Naturally detail-oriented with a patient, systematic approach to repetitive tasks
- Able to follow structured instructions precisely and consistently
- Comfortable using web-based tools and interfaces
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior labeling, AI, or technical experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with data entry, quality assurance, or content moderation
- Familiarity with AI tools or annotation platforms as an end user
- Background in research, writing, or any field requiring careful, methodical work
