About The Role
AI is being deployed globally — but it doesn't always understand the world the way locals do. That's where you come in. We're looking for Cultural Content Reviewers to help ensure AI-generated content is appropriate, accurate, and genuinely resonant for people around the world. You don't need a degree in cultural studies — you need to have grown up in, lived in, or have deep firsthand familiarity with your region's culture, customs, and social norms. Your perspective is the qualification. If you can spot what an outsider would miss, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated content — including text, images, and recommendations — for cultural accuracy and sensitivity.
- Identify material that is culturally inappropriate, outdated, stereotyping, or potentially offensive to local audiences.
- Provide regional context and suggest culturally relevant, natural alternatives.
- Evaluate whether translations and localizations genuinely feel authentic to a local reader or viewer.
- Submit clear, structured feedback that helps AI teams understand and act on your insights.
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.

- Deep, firsthand familiarity with the culture, customs, values, and social norms of your region.
- Able to identify cultural missteps, blind spots, or sensitivities that an outsider would likely overlook.
- Strong written communication skills — you can clearly explain why something feels off and how to fix it.
- Thoughtful, open-minded, and consistent in your evaluations.
- Comfortable working independently on task-based assignments.
