About The Role
Alignerr is seeking Conversation Quality Analysts to review AI-generated dialogues and conversations. In this role, you will assess whether AI responses sound natural, are helpful, and flow well in context.

What You'll Do
- Read and evaluate AI-generated conversations for naturalness and flow
- Rate response quality on helpfulness, tone, and relevance
- Identify awkward phrasing, irrelevant responses, or logical errors
- Compare multiple conversation paths and rank by quality
- Document your evaluations using structured rubrics
Who You Are
- Strong reading comprehension and language instincts
- Ability to judge whether conversation feels natural
- Attention to detail and consistency in ratings
- Comfortable working through large volumes of dialogue
- No AI or linguistics background required
