About The Role
Alignerr is seeking Conversation Quality Analysts to review AI-generated dialogues and conversations. In this role, you will assess whether AI responses sound natural, are helpful, and flow well in context.

- Compensation: $40 –$120 /hour
- Location: Remote
- Commitment: 10 –40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Read and evaluate AI-generated conversations for naturalness and flow.
- Rate response quality based on helpfulness, tone, and relevance.
- Identify awkward phrasing, irrelevant responses, or logical errors within dialogues.
- Compare multiple conversation paths and rank them by overall quality.
- Document your evaluations thoroughly using structured rubrics.
Who You Are
- Possess strong reading comprehension and keen language instincts.
- Ability to accurately judge whether a conversation feels natural and authentic.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and consistency in your ratings.
- Comfortable working through large volumes of dialogue efficiently.
