About The Role
Alignerr is seeking Conversation Quality Analysts to review AI-generated dialogues and conversations. You will assess whether AI responses sound natural, are helpful, and flow well in context.
Organization
Alignerr - Hourly Contract, Remote, 10–40 hours/week, with competitive pay.
What You'll Do
- Read and evaluate AI-generated conversations for naturalness and flow
- Rate response quality on helpfulness, tone, and relevance
- Identify awkward phrasing, irrelevant responses, or logical errors
- Compare multiple conversation paths and rank by quality
- Document evaluations using structured rubrics

- Strong reading comprehension and language instincts
- Ability to judge natural conversation flow
- Attention to detail and consistency in ratings
- Comfortable managing large volumes of dialogue
- No AI or linguistics background required
