This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just an exceptional command of English and a sharp eye for quality.
What You'll Do
- Review and evaluate AI-generated prose, essays, and written content for quality, coherence, and style.
- Assess the accuracy of literary analysis, critical writing, and language-related AI outputs.
- Identify issues with tone, structure, grammar, argumentation, and factual correctness.
- Provide detailed, structured feedback to improve AI writing capabilities.
- Evaluate translations and cross-cultural content for naturalness and nuance.
- Edit and refine AI-generated text to meet professional publishing standards.
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in English, literature, linguistics, or comparative literature — OR 3+ years of professional experience in editing, publishing, translation, or content strategy.
- Exceptional command of written English with a strong editorial eye.
- Deep familiarity with literary conventions, rhetorical techniques, and language structure.
- Able to articulate nuanced, structured feedback clearly and consistently.
- Comfortable evaluating written content across diverse genres and topics.
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload independently.
- No prior AI experience required.
