The role is for a Computer Engineering AI Data Trainer, challenging advanced language models on topics like computer architecture, embedded systems, IoT, networking, hardware security, and operating systems.

Position Details

Organization: Alignerr Position: Computer Engineering AI Data Trainer Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $35–$60 per hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours per week

What You’ll Do

  • Develop complex computer engineering challenges across various domains.
  • Author detailed ground-truth solutions with assembly, HDL, and diagrams.
  • Conduct technical audits on AI-generated code and designs.
  • Refine AI reasoning by identifying logical fallacies and technical issues.

Requirements

  • Master’s (in progress or completed) or PhD in Computer Engineering or related field.
  • Strong foundation in Computer Architecture, Embedded Systems, Digital Logic Design, or Operating Systems.
  • Excellent technical writing skills for detailed explanation.
  • High attention to detail when evaluating technical documentation.

Preferred

  • Experience with data annotation or evaluation systems.
  • Proficiency in engineering software like SolidWorks, MATLAB, or ANSYS.
