Cloud Security Analyst (AI Training)
About The Role
We partner with the world's leading AI research teams to build and evaluate frontier AI models — and we need cloud security practitioners who know how cloud environments actually fail. This isn't theoretical work. You'll be analyzing real-world misconfigurations, security failures, and incident patterns across AWS, GCP, and Azure to help AI systems reason about cloud security the way seasoned practitioners do. Your expertise directly shapes how the next generation of AI understands risk.

What You'll Do
- Analyze cloud security scenarios across AWS, GCP, and Azure to identify real-world risk and failure patterns
- Review and classify IAM, networking, storage, and container security issues
- Evaluate misconfigurations and security gaps based on their real-world blast radius and business impact
- Validate and improve AI-generated security reasoning so it accurately reflects how cloud incidents unfold in practice
- Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI models reason more accurately about cloud security
Who You Are
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working with cloud environments in production
- Strong familiarity with cloud IAM, networking, storage, and container security concepts
- Experience identifying or responding to real-world misconfigurations and security incidents
- Able to clearly reason about blast radius, risk exposure, and downstream business impact
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments
Nice to Have
- Certifications such as AWS Security Specialty, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer, or CCSP
- Experience with cloud security tooling (CSPM, SIEM, CNAPP platforms)
- Background in penetration testing, red teaming, or incident response
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, CIS Benchmarks, or NIST
