About The Role

The Clinical Systems Analyst supports, optimizes, and maintains critical healthcare IT systems that power clinical operations, working at the intersection of clinical workflows and technical infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, test, and optimize clinical systems by diagnosing issues, performing upgrades, and maintaining system stability. Translate clinical and operational requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with clinicians, IT, and other stakeholders.
Support & Training
Provide system support, training, and detailed documentation to ensure that healthcare teams can effectively use technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare IT systems such as EHRs
- Proven technical troubleshooting and optimization abilities
- Experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems (preferred)
