Clinical Systems Analyst AI Training

We're looking for experienced Clinical Systems Analysts to bring their healthcare IT knowledge to a unique and impactful AI project. In this role, your real-world expertise in clinical systems, EHRs, and hospital workflows will be used to evaluate, refine, and improve AI outputs in the healthcare domain — helping ensure AI understands the complexity and nuance of clinical environments.
What You'll Do
- Apply your clinical IT knowledge to evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to healthcare systems and workflows
- Review AI outputs for technical accuracy, clinical relevance, and practical usability
- Identify errors, gaps, or unrealistic assumptions in AI responses about EHRs, clinical applications, and hospital infrastructure
- Provide structured, expert feedback that directly shapes how AI models understand healthcare technology
- Work independently and asynchronously on a schedule that suits you
Who You Are
- Experienced in supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems such as EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
- Strong technical troubleshooting and systems thinking skills
- Comfortable translating clinical workflows and operational needs into technical context
- Able to evaluate technical content critically and communicate feedback clearly
- Detail-oriented and reliable when working independently
