What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists producing AI training content
- Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and continuously refine team processes for greater efficiency
- Provide constructive performance feedback, training, and professional development support
- Serve as the primary stakeholder contact, communicating regular project updates and progress
- Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and structured analytical content across domains including finance, policy, e-commerce, and operations

- 2+ years of team management or leadership experience
- 3–6 years in business analysis, management consulting, content strategy, or domain-focused project work
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex business content
- Excellent written communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to provide structured, constructive feedback and detailed annotations
