About Alignerr and the Business Analyst Role
Alignerr partners with leading AI research teams to build and train advanced AI models. As a Business Analyst, you will manage and mentor a team of analysts responsible for creating business-focused content to enhance these AI models. This role combines leadership, quality oversight, and subject matter expertise in various MBA-relevant domains to ensure content accuracy, logical soundness, and alignment with project goals. It is ideal for individuals passionate about people management, operational excellence, and developing high-quality analytical content, with no prior AI experience required.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with and mentor a team of Business Analysts/Content Specialists.
- Allocate tasks, oversee workflows, and ensure timely, high-quality content delivery.
- Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) reviews, refine processes, and improve team efficiency.
- Provide performance feedback, training, and support career development for team members.
- Act as the primary stakeholder contact, ensuring regular project updates are shared.
- Guide the creation of case studies, scenarios, and structured business content across domains like finance, policy, and e-commerce.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or undergraduate in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. (Equivalent experience is also considered).
- 2+ years of team management experience.
- 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, content creation, or domain-focused projects.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
- Creative and lateral thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- No prior AI experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or postgraduate in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems.
- Bonus: Experience in case study writing or academic/research content creation.
