This role demands a blend of leadership, quality assurance, and deep subject matter expertise in MBA-relevant domains. You will be instrumental in ensuring that all content outputs are accurate, logically sound, and perfectly aligned with project objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with and mentor a team of Business Analysts/Content Specialists.
• Allocate tasks, oversee workflows, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Conduct thorough QA reviews, continuously refine processes, and boost team efficiency.
• Provide constructive performance feedback, facilitate training, and support career development for team members.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
• Guide the creation of impactful case studies, business scenarios, and structured business content across various domains such as finance, policy, and e-commerce.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for candidates with a strong background and specific experiences to thrive in this role:

• Bachelor's degree or undergraduate in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Candidates without a Bachelor's degree but with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
• 2+ years of demonstrable team management experience.
• 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, content creation, or domain-focused projects.
• Analytical Skills: Proven ability to conduct good research and possess strong analytical capabilities.
• Feedback Skills: Adept at providing constructive feedback and detailed annotations to improve content quality.
• Creative Thinking: Exhibited creative and lateral thinking abilities.
• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• No prior AI experience is required for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems.
• Bonus: Experience in case study writing, or academic/research content.
