What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with and mentor a team of Business Analysts/Content Specialists.
• Allocate tasks, oversee workflows, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of content.
• Conduct rigorous QA reviews, refine operational processes, and enhance team efficiency.
• Provide constructive performance feedback, deliver targeted training, and support career development for team members.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates and insights.
• Guide the creation of comprehensive case studies, detailed scenarios, and structured business content across various domains (e.g., finance, policy, e-commerce).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or undergraduate in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a closely related field. We also welcome candidates without a Bachelor's degree who possess relevant professional experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven team management experience.
• 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, content creation, or domain-focused projects.
• Strong analytical skills, including excellent research and data interpretation abilities.
• Proficiency in providing constructive feedback and detailed annotations to improve content quality.
• Demonstrated creative and lateral thinking abilities for problem-solving.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• No prior AI experience is necessary for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Previous experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems.
• Bonus points for experience in case study writing or producing academic/research content.
