Business Analyst – Spanish (AI Training)

What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of Spanish-speaking Business Analysts and Content Specialists creating high-quality, business-focused content for AI training
- Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of accurate, well-structured outputs
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and continuously refine team processes for greater efficiency
- Provide constructive performance feedback, training, and professional development guidance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering clear and regular updates
- Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, financial analyses, and structured content across domains such as finance, economics, policy, and e-commerce — in both Spanish and English
Who You Are
- Native or near-native fluency in Spanish with professional proficiency in English
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading teams
- 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, content production, or domain-focused project work
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to assess logical soundness and factual accuracy
- Skilled at giving detailed, structured, and constructive feedback
- A clear, confident communicator who thrives in collaborative environments
- Creative thinker who can approach complex business problems from multiple angles
- Background in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (degree preferred but not required)
