Business Analyst – Spanish (AI Training)

What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and collaborate with a team of Spanish-speaking Business Analysts and Content Specialists
- Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and continuously refine team processes for greater efficiency
- Provide constructive performance feedback, training, and professional development support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering regular updates
- Guide the creation of business case studies, analytical scenarios, and structured content across domains such as finance, policy, e-commerce, and strategy — in both Spanish and English
Who You Are
- Native or near-native fluency in Spanish with professional proficiency in English
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading teams
- 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, content strategy, or domain-focused projects
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to assess logical soundness and accuracy
- Skilled at providing clear, detailed, constructive feedback
- A creative and lateral thinker who can approach business problems from multiple angles
- Excellent communicator who thrives in collaborative, asynchronous environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
