We are seeking a Business Analyst to manage and mentor a team of analysts. This team is dedicated to creating business-focused content, which is crucial for improving AI models. This role combines leadership, quality oversight, and subject expertise in MBA-relevant domains to ensure that all outputs are accurate, logically sound, and perfectly aligned with project goals. It's an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys people management, operational excellence, and shaping high-quality analytical content. No prior AI experience is required for this role.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with and mentor a team of Business Analysts/Content Specialists, overseeing task allocation, workflows, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
• Conduct thorough QA reviews, refine operational processes, and implement improvements to enhance team efficiency.
• Provide comprehensive performance feedback, offer training, and support career development initiatives for team members.
• Act as the primary stakeholder contact, facilitating clear communication and sharing regular project updates.
• Guide the creation of detailed case studies, practical scenarios, and structured business content across various domains such as finance, policy, and e-commerce.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an undergraduate qualification in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a closely related field. We are also open to candidates who demonstrate equivalent practical experience in these areas.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven team management experience.
• 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, content creation, or domain-focused projects.
• Strong research and analytical skills to drive insightful content.
• Excellent feedback skills, including the ability to provide constructive criticism and detailed annotations.
• Demonstrated creative and lateral thinking abilities to solve complex problems.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for effective team and stakeholder interaction.
• No prior AI experience is specifically required for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or an advanced undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems.
• Bonus: Experience in professional case study writing, or academic/research content creation.
