Business Analyst (AI Training)

Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists producing AI training content
- Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and continuously improve team processes
- Provide actionable performance feedback, coaching, and development support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering regular updates
- Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and structured analytical content across domains including finance, policy, e-commerce, and operations
Who You Are
- Holds a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- 2+ years of team management or leadership experience
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, consulting, or domain-focused content work
- Strong analytical and research skills with a sharp eye for logical consistency and accuracy
- Skilled at giving constructive, detailed feedback and structured annotations
- Creative thinker who can approach business problems from multiple angles
- Excellent communicator — clear, collaborative, and organized
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Experience with data annotation, data quality, or content evaluation systems
- Background in case study writing, academic research, or structured business content creation
