What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists creating business-focused AI training content
- Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across projects
- Conduct QA reviews on team outputs, refine processes, and drive continuous improvement
- Provide constructive performance feedback, coaching, and professional development support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, delivering regular project updates
- Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and structured analytical content across domains including finance, policy, e-commerce, and operations
Who You Are
- Experienced people leader with 2+ years managing analysts or specialist teams
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, management consulting, or domain-focused content work
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to evaluate logical soundness and accuracy
- Confident communicator who can deliver clear feedback and collaborate across a distributed team
- Creative thinker who can translate complex business concepts into structured, accessible content
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
- No prior AI experience required
