As a Business Administration MBA - AI Content Specialist, you will challenge advanced language models on topics such as corporate finance, market strategy, supply chain logistics, and organizational behavior. Your work will document every failure mode to harden model reasoning and ensure AI serves as a sophisticated partner for executive decision-making and business operations.
Position Details
Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $45–$90/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You’ll Do
- Develop Complex Problems: Design advanced business cases and quantitative challenges covering DCF valuation, market entry strategy, operations bottlenecks, and cap table modeling.
- Author Ground-Truth Solutions: Create rigorous, step-by-step responses including financial statements, marketing frameworks, and strategic rationales that act as golden responses for AI training.
- Technical Auditing: Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case study analyses for logical consistency and mathematical accuracy.
- Refine Reasoning: Identify logical fallacies in AI reasoning, such as ignoring sunk costs or failing to account for macroeconomic variables, and provide structured feedback.
Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution.
- Strong foundational knowledge in at least two core business pillars: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management.
- Excellent analytical writing skills and ability to synthesize complex data into executive-style summaries.
- High attention to detail with financial formulas, data interpretation, and business argument structures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems.
- Background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision tools such as Excel modeling, Tableau, or SQL.
