About the Role of a Business Administration AI Content Specialist at Alignerr
At Alignerr, we collaborate with leading AI research teams to develop and train advanced AI models. As a Business Administration AI Content Specialist, you will be instrumental in challenging sophisticated language models across critical business domains such as corporate finance, market strategy, supply chain logistics, and organizational behavior. Your role involves meticulous documentation of failure modes to enhance model reasoning, ultimately ensuring that AI can function as a refined partner for executive decision-making and business operations.
This is an hourly contract position with compensation ranging from $45 to $90 per hour, requiring a commitment of 10–40 hours per week, and offers location-independent flexibility.
What You’ll Do
- Develop Complex Problems: Design advanced business cases and quantitative challenges covering areas like DCF valuation, market entry strategy, operations bottlenecks, and cap table modeling.
- Author Ground-Truth Solutions: Create rigorous, step-by-step responses that incorporate financial statements, marketing frameworks (e.g., 4Ps, 5Cs), and strategic rationales, serving as "golden responses" for AI training.
- Technical Auditing: Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case study analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional business standards.
- Refine Reasoning: Pinpoint logical fallacies in AI reasoning—such as overlooking sunk costs, miscalculating weighted average cost of capital (WACC), or failing to consider macroeconomic variables—and provide structured feedback.
Requirements
- Advanced Degree: A Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution.
- Domain Expertise: Possess strong foundational knowledge in at least two core business pillars: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management.
- Analytical Writing: Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into executive-style summaries and clear, professional recommendations.
- Attention to Detail: Exhibit a high level of precision in checking financial formulas, interpreting data, and ensuring the structural integrity of business arguments.
- No AI experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems.
- Previous experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision tools, such as Excel modeling, Tableau, or SQL.
