About The Role
We're building next-generation AI systems for aviation and autonomous flight — and we need people who actually understand how pilots and controllers talk. This isn't generic transcription work. This is a specialized, high-impact role where your aviation knowledge directly shapes the future of aviation AI safety.

What You'll Do
- Transcribe real-world Air Traffic Control (ATC) and pilot audio recordings with precision
- Label speakers, callsigns, instructions, and responses accurately
- Capture aviation terminology, abbreviations, and standard phraseology correctly
- Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule
- Maintain high quality and accuracy standards — this work matters for aviation safety
Who You Are
- A pilot, student pilot, air traffic controller, or aviation professional
- An aviation enthusiast who regularly listens to live ATC feeds
- Someone with a solid grasp of aviation radio communications and phraseology
- Extremely detail-oriented and patient with audio work
- Able to work independently and meet quality benchmarks consistently
You don't need a professional transcription background — but you do need to genuinely understand aviation comms.
Nice to Have
- FAA or ICAO knowledge and familiarity with standard phraseology
- Experience with LiveATC, ForeFlight, or similar platforms
- Background in aviation operations, dispatch, or flight instruction
