We are seeking dedicated Aviation Communications Transcribers to accurately capture real Air Traffic Control (ATC) and pilot communications from audio recordings. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals with a passion for aviation or relevant professional experience.
This is an hourly contract position with competitive compensation ranging from $40–$120 per hour. It offers complete remote flexibility with a commitment of 10–40 hours per week, allowing you to work at your own pace.
What You'll Do as an Aviation Communications Transcriber
- Transcribe authentic ATC and pilot audio recordings with high precision.
- Accurately label speakers, callsigns, instructions, and responses within the audio.
- Capture specialized aviation terminology, abbreviations, and phraseology correctly.
- Ensure all tasks meet stringent quality and accuracy standards.
- Manage task-based assignments autonomously, setting your own work pace.
