What You'll Do
- Transcribe audio recordings into accurate written text following clear, structured guidelines
- Handle a variety of speakers, accents, speeds, and audio quality levels
- Apply consistent formatting, punctuation, and style rules across all transcriptions
- Flag unclear or inaudible segments and note speaker changes where relevant
- Meet quality and turnaround targets for each assigned batch
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- A strong, attentive listener with a sharp ear for detail
- Accurate and reasonably fast typist
- Patient and methodical when working through challenging audio — accents, background noise, overlapping speech
- Comfortable following detailed written guidelines and applying them consistently
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
