Alignerr is seeking AI Safety Analysts to rigorously test AI systems for unsafe outputs, harmful content, and unexpected behavior. This role is crucial in ensuring AI models are safe and reliable for real-world deployment.

What You'll Do
- Test AI systems by providing challenging or adversarial inputs.
- Identify unsafe, harmful, or inappropriate AI outputs.
- Document safety issues with clear examples and explanations.
- Rate AI responses on safety and helpfulness scales.
- Follow structured testing protocols and red-teaming guides.
