About The Role
We're looking for AI Red Team Testers to creatively challenge AI systems and find weaknesses. You'll try to make AI models produce incorrect, unsafe, or biased outputs so we can fix them.
This is an hourly contract position with competitive compensation ranging from $40–$120 per hour, offering flexible remote work with a commitment of 10–40 hours per week.
What You'll Do
- Design creative prompts and scenarios to test AI weaknesses.
- Attempt to make AI produce incorrect or inappropriate outputs.
- Document every failure mode with clear reproduction steps.
- Rate the severity of issues you discover.
- Collaborate asynchronously with safety and research teams.
