AI Red Team Tester

About the Role

Alignerr is seeking an AI Red Team Tester to creatively challenge AI systems by finding their weaknesses. You will design creative prompts and scenarios that test AI systems' limitations to produce intentional errors, unsafe, or biased outputs.

What You'll Do

• Design creative prompts and scenarios.
• Attempt to induce incorrect or inappropriate outputs.
• Document failure modes with reproduction steps.
• Rate severity of discovered issues.
• Collaborate asynchronously with safety and research teams.

• A creative and curious thinker who loves puzzles.
• Comfortable with adversarial thinking and testing boundaries.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and systematic in approach.
• No hacking or security background required.
