About the Role at Alignerr: AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analyst
Alignerr is seeking AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analysts to critically evaluate AI system outputs. In this crucial role, you will ensure that artificial intelligence systems adhere to essential safety, fairness, and ethical standards, thereby aligning AI with fundamental human values. This is an hourly contract position offering flexibility, with a commitment of 10–40 hours per week.
What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated content to identify and assess for potential bias, safety concerns, and ethical misalignments.
- Accurately classify AI outputs based on predefined criteria for fairness, accuracy, and overall compliance.
- Proactively flag content that presents risks of being harmful, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.
- Provide detailed and structured written feedback specifically on policy-related issues observed in AI outputs.
- Engage with a diverse array of topics and content types, requiring adaptability and a broad understanding.
