We're hiring an AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analyst to evaluate whether AI system outputs meet safety, fairness, and ethical standards. Your judgment helps keep AI systems aligned with human values.

- Review AI-generated content for bias, safety, and ethical alignment
- Classify outputs based on fairness, accuracy, and compliance criteria
- Flag content that could be harmful, misleading, or inappropriate
- Provide structured written feedback on policy-related issues
- Work across diverse topics and content types
