AI Data Trainer - Business Administration

What You'll Do
- Design Complex Business Challenges: Build advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, operations bottlenecks, cap table modeling, and more.
- Author Gold-Standard Solutions: Craft rigorous, step-by-step responses featuring financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-quality rationales that serve as benchmark answers for AI training.
- Audit AI Business Reasoning: Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional standards.
- Identify and Correct Flawed Reasoning: Catch errors like miscalculated WACC, ignored sunk costs, or overlooked macroeconomic variables, and provide structured, actionable feedback that sharpens AI performance.
- Work Independently: Complete task-based assignments on your own schedule, fully asynchronously.
Who You Are
- Holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution.
- Strong command of at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management.
- Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-style analyses and recommendations.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented — you catch formula errors, logical inconsistencies, and structural weaknesses that others miss.
- Clear, professional written communicator.
- No prior AI or data annotation experience required.
