We're looking for Business Administration experts to stress-test and train cutting-edge AI models — ensuring they can hold their own in the boardroom, the analyst suite, and the strategy war room. What You'll Do
- Design Advanced Business Challenges — Build complex, real-world business cases and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, operations bottlenecks, cap table modeling, and more
- Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Create rigorous, step-by-step responses — complete with financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-quality rationales — that serve as the benchmark for AI training
- Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case study analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional business standards
- Sharpen AI Reasoning — Identify and document logical failures in AI outputs — like ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or missing macroeconomic variables — and provide structured, actionable feedback
- Improve Executive-Level AI — Help ensure AI can serve as a credible, sophisticated partner for real business decision-making
Who You Are
- Holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
- Strong foundational expertise in at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
- Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-style summaries and recommendations
- Highly precise — you catch errors in financial formulas, data interpretation, and business logic before anyone else does
- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
- No prior AI or tech experience required
