About the Role

We're seeking AI Chatbot Testers to engage in conversations with AI systems and meticulously evaluate their responses. Your crucial feedback directly contributes to making AI chatbots smarter, safer, and more helpful for users globally.

What You'll Do

• Engage in diverse conversations with AI chatbots across a broad spectrum of topics.
• Rate chatbot responses based on their helpfulness, accuracy, and safety standards.
• Proactively identify and report issues such as incorrect information, awkward phrasing, or inherent biases.
• Formulate creative and challenging prompts to rigorously test the limits and capabilities of AI systems.
• Document all findings thoroughly using structured feedback forms to ensure clear and actionable insights.

• Demonstrate the ability to objectively evaluate the quality of AI responses.
• Exhibit clear and concise written communication skills.
