We're looking for AI Chatbot Testers to put cutting-edge AI systems through their paces — chatting, probing, and evaluating responses to help make AI smarter, safer, and more genuinely helpful.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with sharp critical thinking and a knack for clear communication. No technical background required.

What You'll Do
- Engage AI chatbots in conversations across a wide range of topics — from everyday questions to creative and complex scenarios
- Evaluate responses for helpfulness, accuracy, safety, and tone
- Identify issues such as factual errors, awkward phrasing, inconsistency, or potential bias
- Push AI limits with creative, nuanced, and challenging prompts
- Submit structured, detailed feedback using provided evaluation tools
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas and asking good questions
- Able to assess response quality objectively and articulate your reasoning clearly
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Comfortable navigating chat-based interfaces
- Detail-oriented and consistent in your evaluations
- No prior AI, tech, or QA experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with writing, editing, journalism, or content evaluation
- Familiarity with AI tools or chatbots as an end user
- Background in research, critical analysis, or quality assurance
