About The Role
Alignerr is seeking AI Chatbot Testers to engage in conversations with AI systems and meticulously evaluate their responses. Your crucial feedback will directly contribute to making AI chatbots smarter, safer, and ultimately more helpful for users globally.
This is an hourly contract position offering competitive compensation and flexible remote work arrangements, with a commitment of 10–40 hours per week.
What You'll Do
- Engage in diverse conversations with AI chatbots across a wide spectrum of topics.
- Rate chatbot responses rigorously for helpfulness, accuracy, and overall safety.
- Systematically identify and document issues such as incorrect information, awkward phrasing, or inherent biases.
- Employ creative and challenging prompts to thoroughly test the AI's boundaries and capabilities.
- Document all your findings comprehensively using structured feedback forms.

- Possess strong curiosity and a genuine willingness to explore a variety of conversation topics.
- Demonstrate the ability to objectively evaluate the quality of AI responses.
- Exhibit clear and concise written communication skills.
- Comfortable and proficient in using chat-based interfaces.
