Senior Clinical Liaison

About the Role

As a Senior Clinical Liaison (Field-based), you will be the primary contact for orthodontists in your assigned region, covering Hannover & Berlin. Your mission is to provide the best possible clinical training, communication, and support to both external and internal customers, helping them become experts in the Invisalign technique and strengthening their clinical confidence. You will regularly travel within your assigned territory, visiting doctors in their practices to deepen their knowledge of the Invisalign system.

Your Responsibilities as a Senior Clinical Liaison at Align

• Training & advising orthodontists and dentists on the Invisalign system and Align's digital solutions (ClinCheck software).
• Practice visits & field service (approx. 70% travel) in Southern Germany, Switzerland, and Western Austria to impart clinical expertise.
• Planning and conducting training sessions & study clubs to promote digital workflows and modern treatment methods.
• Providing clinical support & analysis for customer inquiries, complaints, and incidents.
• Close collaboration with sales and marketing to drive the clinical application of products.

Your Skills and Expertise

• Completed degree in Dental Medicine or Orthodontics, or a comparable, highly qualified education in the dental field.
• Fluent German, both written and spoken, and very good English skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% within Switzerland and Southern Germany.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in customer contact, ideally within the medical or dental environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, confident demeanor, and persuasiveness.
• High organizational and prioritization ability, efficient time management, and proactive information sharing.
• Driving license Class B.
• Proficient in MS Office and ideally experienced in working with digital tools.
