Overview

The Associate Field Clinical Liaison French Speaking at Align Technology is a field-based role located in Belgium. The role focuses on being the first point of contact for dentists and orthodontists in Wallonia and Luxemburg, providing clinical education and support to help customers become experts in Invisalign techniques and the use of the iTero scanner.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical education and training on digital dental technologies including Invisalign and iTero.
• Conduct instructor-led trainings in virtual and face-to-face environments.
• Develop and execute lesson plans tailored to audience needs.
• Foster strong customer relationships by serving as the primary contact for clinical support.
• Conduct extensive field visits across dental practices, DSOs, and universities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams for program development.
• Submit weekly training reports and manage expense reporting accurately.

What We're Looking For

Candidates should have 1-3 years of relevant experience and hold a bachelor's degree in dentistry, orthodontics, or dental technology. Fluency in French and English is required along with strong public speaking and communication skills. Candidates must be proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, video conferencing, and web research. Experience with virtual training is preferred. Flexibility to travel up to 70% of the time and a strong ability to manage time and problem-solve are essential.
