Role Overview
As a Gen AI Security Researcher at Alice, you will conduct analysis and testing on generative AI systems including language models, image generation models, and related infrastructures. The role focuses on identifying vulnerabilities, assessing risks, and providing actionable insights to fortify AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Simulated Cyber Attacks: Conduct sophisticated simulated attacks on generative AI models.
- Vulnerability Assessment: Evaluate security posture and identify weaknesses.
- Risk Analysis: Perform risk analyses and prioritize mitigation efforts.
- Mitigation Strategies: Collaborate to develop effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Research and Innovation: Stay updated on AI security and ethical hacking trends.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document findings and report to senior management.
Requirements
Must-Have: 3+ years in offensive cybersecurity focusing on web applications and API security OR advanced Ph.D. with a record in AI/Cybersecurity; strong knowledge of generative AI technologies; at least 5 years experience in offensive cybersecurity (Cloud and API security); familiarity with agentic frameworks; proficiency in Python; excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; experience building production pipelines and automations; familiarity with machine learning development frameworks; advanced certifications in offensive cybersecurity; DevOps/ML certifications are a plus.
