Role Overview: Program Manager, Americas

This role drives strategic projects by understanding customers’ needs and ensuring that AlgoSec exceeds expectations in delivering solutions across client deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer workshops and define best practices using AlgoSec technologies.
• Manage multiple projects ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Maintain executive level communication and cross-functional coordination.
• Engage sub-contractors and advocate customer needs internally.
• Assist Account Managers during pre-sale stages and develop SoWs.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Project Management with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
• 2+ years interacting with senior leadership.
• Experience in IT/security, with preferred background in firewall administration.
• Proven change management, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel (approx. 10%).

Advantages

• PMP certification preferred.
• Exposure to Process Improvement methods like Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma.

Compensation

Estimated OTE: $120,000 - $130,000 (final offer may vary based on experience, skills, location, and certifications).
