Role Overview: Program Manager, Americas

This role drives strategic projects by understanding customer needs, defining success, and ensuring that AlgoSec exceeds expectations in developing and delivering solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer workshops to develop holistic solutions using AlgoSec technologies.
  • Accelerate solution adoption, ensuring retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage all aspects of multiple projects across deployment and production stages.
  • Provide effective executive communication and interface between customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Engage sub-contractors and partner with Account Managers in pre-sale stages.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in Project Management with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • 2+ years experience engaging with senior leadership in large technology environments.
  • IT and security background, preferably with firewall administration knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, change management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 10%).

Advantages

  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Experience with Process Improvement methodologies like Six Sigma.
