About the Role
We are hiring a Customer Marketing Manager to join our global marketing team and lead customer-focused campaigns and strategy execution for an industry leading, high-growth, pre-IPO company. Reporting directly to the Director of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for building, executing, and analyzing enterprise customer marketing campaigns across multiple channels that drive pipeline and growth with all our customers/ existing prospect pipeline and across all geographies.
Responsibilities
- Build a customer advocacy program and execute on it to collect and publish customer reviews and case studies.
- Achieve high-level knowledge of the company solution suite and deep understanding of our positioning statements, buyer personas and business needs.
- Develop and drive strategic and prescriptive demand generation strategy for moving forward early stage pipeline by segment and persona to existing install base and new.
- Analyze campaign ROI and effectiveness to optimize future programs based on learnings.
- Work closely with the Marketing teams to provide reporting and actively monitor and analyze the health of marketing contribution to the sales expansion pipeline.
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer marketing experience.
- Exceptional ability to write and produce engaging content, able to write quickly and concisely for technical audiences.
- Excellent project management skills with ability to multi-task, set measurable objectives, hit deadlines and be highly accountable for results.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of initiative and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Innovative thinker with a passion for generating new ideas, nurturing a culture of creativity, and continuing to raise the bar on business performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with Salesforce and key marketing stack solutions.
- Background in the cybersecurity industry - a big plus.
